What's Cooking?

My recipe plan for this week -


This soup sounds delicious!


This vegetarian lasagna looks super easy - just the thing for a hectic day.




We're tofu fiends - I'll make this sweet and sour tofu with a bag of chopped organic stir fry veggies and serve it on basmati rice.


Easy is my theme this week!  Pasta with easy roast red pepper sauce will be perfect - probably with (easy)  frozen vegan meatballs.

Easy is my theme every week! ;) That tofu looks very tempting and easy. I want to make it but what pisses me off is that I wanted to buy baby bok choy at the supermarket yesterday and it looked like it was already rotting. I suppose I could put broccoli instead though?
