Giving Thanks

The table is set.  The oranges with cloves smell delicious...

Everyone in the family is home cooking up their special dishes - getting ready to get together and give thanks.

We have so much to be thankful for!

A wall of sari curtains to keep out the cold draughts...

There's a chill in the air - even here in Houston.

Candles will be everywhere...

It's quiet now but the house will be full later...

I LOVE this:
“In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives. In the end, maybe it's wiser to surrender before the miraculous scope of human generosity and to just keep saying thank you, forever and sincerely, for as long as we have voices.”

Love, peace and thanks xoxoMary

Happy Thanksgiving from one of your newest followers. :) I hope you all had a great day. It sounds like you were well on your way toward that.

I love the sari curtains too.
