Vegan Barbeque

While the meat was sizzling on the grill for our Easter family barbeque, I made these vegan beet burgers -


I cooked them in a cast iron frying pan as recommended and they were fantastic!  Crazy good!  This recipe is from the great Post Punk Kitchen vegan blog.


We also had a massive organic salad with this vegan green goddess dressing.  I used dill because I had a bunch from our food co-op.  It was amazing! From the beautiful oh she glows vegan recipe blog.
